At Twin Acres Agro, we're passionate about cultivating a future where plant and animal agriculture thrive together in harmony. Our name, "Twin Acres Agro," reflects our commitment to making the most of a small but vibrant two-acre farm that blends plant production with animal husbandry.


The name "TwinAcresAgrop" is more than just a name – it represents our vision of sustainable, mixed-farming on a small scale. "Twin Acres" literally means two acres of land, and "Agro" signifies our focus on agriculture. This modest-sized farm is designed to maximize the potential of every inch, combining crops like vegetables, fruits, and orchard trees with animal husbandry, including chickens, goats, and more.

Our Approach 
1. Regenerative Farming:We prioritize soil health through regenerative practices, enhancing ecosystem services and promoting biodiversity.
2. Integrated Animal Husbandry Our animal care practices prioritize animal welfare, while also contributing to nutrient-rich soil amendments.
3. Crop Selection:pp We select crops that complement our animal operations, optimizing resource use and minimizing waste.

Twin Acres Agro was co-founded in 2023 by THANDIWE CHAMANE, a dedicated agricultural specialist with expertise in plant farming science. Our team includes experienced animal specialists SIMPHIWE HENDRICK NTULI who ensure the health and well-being of our animals, while also optimizing their contribution to our farm's ecosystem.
